Martin Leitch is the principal FM Scope consultant responsible for delivering facilities management services. However, through our extensive network of like-minded professionals, FM Scope is able to satisfy requirements across a broad range of FM related activities.

Martin Leitch

Martin Leitch is a prominent Workplace Management professional with significant experience in delivering a wide range of consultancy and education services. He is Principal Consultant with strategic Workplace Management consultancy, FM Scope, working with corporate FM teams to maximise performance and capability.

Prior to migrating to Australia in 2004, Martin delivered a range of strategic facilities management services to public and private sector organisations in the UK. Using this experience, Martin developed the learning materials for Australia’s first facilities management diploma program. He has since returned to offering a range of facilities management services related to FM strategy, service delivery and the contract life cycle.

He is also the Australasian partner of Occupiers Journal and an associate of Advanced workplace Associates.

Martin is member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and sits on their Oceania Property Board. He is also a Fellow of the British Institute of Facilities Management and a member of the International Facility Management Association.
