Martin Leitch presenting at Total Facilities

Martin Leitch is presenting at Total Facilities 2015 on the subject of ‘Raising the FM Bar’.

For too long, FM has been considered the overhead that organisations need to have. And, as with all other overheads, when money gets tight, budgets are cut!

This presentation considers that the possibility of changing the corporate mind-set to consider FM as an asset and a business critical function is an achievable objective. However, setting out to establish FM as a strategic business unit is not for the faint hearted. It is potentially a long hard road fraught with many obstacles along the way. However, successfully reaching the end will bring many benefits to the organisation and the FM team.

Come along and be inspired with what Martin has to say – 12.30 – 13.00 on Wednesday 25 March.

Total Facilities 2015 is being held on 25 & 26 March 2015 at the Sydney Exhibition Centre, Glebe Island.
